It has kind of a Spanish influence, and they seem to cater to their regular customers. It's a family kind of place where you find lots of children. I've been there for lunch and dinner a few times and I don't go back because of the atmosphere. They do a good breakfast and they have good wraps even if they are a bit over priced on them.
I used to love the East Bay Diner in Oceanside but they are now another CVS

The food here was just so so, and as you said, the atmosphere was lousy.
I didn't care much for it

Granted it was restaurant week but ........I wouldn't go back here for anything but breakfast.

Or to use the Men's Room when I'm desperate

Average diner in the land of many diners. It's not bad but not great, but it wouldn't be my first choice.

The food is really unimpressive and mediocre. The service is ordinary. Really, there are so many good restaurants around, why would you waste your time and money?! There is not much that needs to be said about this place.
