My trees are getting too big! Can anybody recommend a good tree pruner?
I'm over on the east end.

Also, who is responsible for pruning the trees on the sidewalks? me or the city?

I don't have a tree pruner for you, but in answer to the second question, I recently dealt with this - apparently we are responsible. In fact, we are also responsible for maintenance of our sidewalk!

However, when they redo the streets, they do pull up everything and redo the sidewalks and any trees between the sidewalks and curbs.
