i find that most of the gyms in LB are very social. i tend to like to go to the gym to workout, not get all caught up in distractions and people on cell phones. i recently went by The Bridge. it's very low key, the owner is a great guy and it has all the equipment you need to do what you want. i will be training there and needed to find a place that was on my level when it came to exercise. if anyone is interested in joining or would like a tour, please let me know. always great to support the local business person and take care of yourself at the same time! stace |
