I actually own a very nice two-family house on Neptune and have the upstairs coming available in the November timeframe.

If you have any interest in a three-bedroom that is north of Park and closer to the Canals instead of the beach, perhaps we can work something out.

Hi, I know of someone that has an upstairs apt in a private house, 3 bed 2bath on lafayette blvd and park ave. Large terrace, apt looking for (don't quote me now) around 2200$ It's nice-lookin' w/ big rooms. Avail in sept.

Can you give some additional details on the 2 BR - is it a private entrance? I'm a little confused by the half bath - does it also have a full bath?

What kind of $$$ are you asking? I might know somebody who would be interested.
